How is RutbAI delivered?
RutbAI is delivered online, at rutbai.com, in your web browser. There are no physical goods. Nothing is shipped or couriered, and there is no shipping charge.
You sign in with your email address and a six-digit code we send to it. Everything you buy is used and downloaded inside your workspace.
When does your access start?
Access starts as soon as our server confirms your payment with Razorpay. When you pay, your browser passes Razorpay's confirmation to our server, which checks it with Razorpay before it opens your workspace.
Razorpay also tells our server about the payment directly, so your access still starts if you close the browser before the confirmation finishes.
Each payment also creates a payment document that you can download from the Billing page of your workspace.
How long does access last?
The Authority Campaign gives you 90 days of access from the moment it starts. Nothing renews automatically.
If you choose to renew, each renewal adds 30 days for ₹5,999. A renewal bought before your current period ends starts when that period ends, so you do not lose any days.
After 90 days, follow-up emails stop. Your page stays up for 30 more days, and your workspace can be exported until day 180, when it is deleted.
How are your drafts delivered?
Drafts are generated inside your workspace after you provide material. You add up to 20 sources and answer the 12-question interview. Four answers of 300 characters each, or 3,000 words you have already written, are enough to start.
Each draft appears in your workspace for you to review, edit and approve. We do not post anything to your social accounts and we do not email drafts to you.
How do you get your files?
You download your files yourself from the workspace:
- your guide, Blueprint and book outline as DOCX, PDF or Markdown
- your campaign as CSV, with one file for each platform, and the Instagram carousel slides as plain text files
- your leads as CSV
- a full export of your workspace from Settings
What if your access does not start after you pay?
Confirmation can take a few minutes. Refresh the Billing page in your workspace to see whether your access has started.
If your workspace has still not opened a short time after you paid, email [email protected] from the email address on your account with your order or payment reference. We will check the payment with Razorpay and open your access or tell you what happened.
